Transform your health with an understanding of the systems that shape your wellbeing

Integrative Medicine for Chronic Illness, Deep Nutrition & Nervous System Regulation

Many people come to me after years of feeling unwell, unheard, or stuck in cycles of chronic inflammation, autoimmune symptoms, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, or persistent stress. Her work is designed for people who need more than symptom management—they need a clinician who can see the whole picture, understand the root causes, and walk with them through real, sustainable healing.

Healing

Rooted in Science & Tradition

I combine functional nutrition, body-based practices, botanical medicine, and trauma-informed care into a single, cohesive approach.
Her work centers on

  • Chronic illness, inflammation + autoimmune support
  • Deep nutritional rebuilding
  • Nervous system regulation + stress recovery
  • Women’s health, fertility, and hormonal balance
  • Shonishin Pediatric therapy and family care
  • herbal therapeutics

Treatment plans are highly individualized and blend acupuncture, herbal medicine, therapeutic diet design, and nervous system–oriented therapies. Her clinical goal is always the same: to help patients rebuild resilience, restore balance, and feel at home in their bodies again.

Whether you’re navigating complex symptoms, trying to prevent flare-ups, or rebuilding your health after a long period of burnout, Dr. Khallouf offers integrative care that is both comprehensive and accessible.

More than a Clinician

I'm also a licensed California cannabis operator, regenerative farmer, and educational speaker. My work bridges human health, soil health, ecological repair, and advocating to connect people to their natural environment.

Regenerative Agriculture & PLant Medicine

A regenerative farmer stewarding land; Natasha is a licensed California cannabis operator through Agricola Flower Nursery; and the creator of La Finca Sagrada, an educational space and community container. La Finca Sagrada functions as both a working farm and a traditional medicine and herbal apprenticeship program, where she teaches culturally rooted plant medicine, soil-based healing, and hands-on herbalism. Her work centers soil health, ecological repair, and culturally relevant traditional plant medicine

Speaking & Education

She speaks and teaches widely on integrative medicine, health equity, regenerative agriculture, independent cannabis operations, and trauma-informed community care. She has presented at the Sovereignty Summit, Nations United: Sovereign Cannabis Series, and numerous community and professional events.

Cultural & Community Roots

As a Lebanese–Nicaraguan clinician raised in Los Angeles, Dr. Khallouf’s work is grounded in accessibility, cultural respect, and supporting wellness pathways for marginalized communities. A lot of my work outside of the clinic is advocating for land accessibility. She currently leads On Point Integrative Clinic in Sebastopol and continues to teach, steward land, and develop programs that reconnect people to food, plants, and ancestral healing traditions.
